Limits of the Web Soil Survey (WSS)

  • Allows the user to view the soils of the area of interest
  • Allows the user to select differing soil properties of interest.
  • Does not have the ability to access all the properties available through a Soil Data Mart download
  • Can save and print soil maps for area of interest
  • Can save and print tables highlighting soil properties of interest.
