  • Implements statewide agricultural and nonpoint source water pollution control programs, and assists Ohio’s 88 Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs) and local watershed groups with nonpoint source pollution control
  • Administers the Agricultural Pollution Abatement Program
  • Develops and implements USDA conservation programs on farms benefiting the environment for all Ohioans
  • Facilitates and implements market-based water quality trading programs
